I have lived in these apartments for almost a year. Maintenance is the worst I have ever seen. Your lucky to get anything, even urgent things done in under a month and a half. I had a leak from my tub into my walk in closet. The carpet was soaked for about 4 weeks before they finally got out there. Mold was already prevelent. They re-caulked between the shower and the wall, and was suppose to send a carpet guy in and that took another month to a month and a half. The leak still wasnt fixed and ended up coming back 2 more times before it was fixed. I would always get the runaround when i called or went to the office. It was ridiculous, they are very frustrating to deal with. The communication between the staff and the maintenance crew also suffered. Two 11 year old girls could could do better work than theier maintenance crew. Overpriced, old, faulty appliances, AND my car got broken into! There is also only 1 trash dump for the whole place. Need I say more' Just consider Aloha Bay At Harbortown around the corner for quality living all around! I lived there previously to here.

I have only lived here since April, but I have had simmular issues. I asked the day I moved in to have my window screens replaced. I was told they replace all screens in the spring. That has yet to happen. I have been waiting a week to get the light in my bathroom working. I have called 3 times and been by the office once. No one has been out yet.

I moved here in July. I asked for my screens to be replaced, to get a light fixture in my living room, and to get my leaky toilet fixed. The screens and light got done in 2 weeks, however they came once about the toilet, just checked the tightness on things and called it good. I flushed, and it leaked out the bottom again (needs a new wax seal), but as of today I still only have 1 toilet after numorous requests. I really don't mind the trash thing. But i did see 2 cars with bags for windows... what building were you parked by when you got broken into... I'm in 25.
