I have lived in the Woods for 8 months. And I do mean in the woods. As a single female, the dark, not well lit area that my apartment was in felt incredibly unsafe and I did not enjoy my apartment. It was also dark inside my apartment, which sounds nice, but really wasn't at all.
I had trouble with animals living in my walls also.
I could hear most noises of the apartment above me.
I was seriously disappointed with management. It did take numerous calls to have maintenance requests taken care of. Also, the management gave other new tenants my apartment number, so my cable, internet, and phone services were cancelled. This happened not once, but twice. Of course, management denied having anything to do with it, even though Time Warner and SBC told me the names of the office worker who had cancelled my existing services.
All in all, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to move in here.
