this apartment is pretty good if you work for a preferred employer. we are treated ok because of that i think. there was a flea problem, even if you do not have pets that we had to take care of ourselves. its one of the few places in KC with so many trees though, and is quite lovely in the summer. i think people have varied opinions of this place because of the management. they turn over frequently, but are generally nice. they either help you alot or dont help at all. luck of the draw. but good location.
