I have lived here for almost 1 year. I will be leaving at the end of my lease. Maintenance is an issue here. The apt. is ok, not nice, just ok...but I'm fine with that, you get what you pay for. However, the buildings are old and falling apart. I was told when I moved in that we would be getting new balconies as the current ones are literally falling apart. This has not and will not happen, I'm sure.
In general, office staff is very helpful and friendly. However, at times, one of the men in the office will listen to a maintenance problem and nod his head, and never write it down or communicate to anyone on maintenance staff...so it never receives attn. I don't think you should have to go to the office 2 or 3 times to report the same problem. Very noisy neighbors...
I will be leaving at the end of my lease and would not recommend anyone live here.
