It sounds too good for the money and that is why I signed up here.
Creating the work order to do exactly what you want to do is a nightmare. Almost all the complanints I have made over the phone have not been filed. If the maintenance person happens to turn up and you are in the bathroom and not able to open the door... then "forget about getting maintenance". It is always, "You never answer your door". Well good luck if all this is worth the low rent you pay.
