Terrible customer service

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Though are a few good people who work at the Madison, most of them have been extremely rude. Christine especially is terrible. Advice to everyone: If you walk in the office and Christine is the one to help you, request someone else IMMEDIATELY. She's either overworked or just a terrible person. The apartments themselves are nice, though beware of the decks and bugs.
