The maintenance staff here is top notch. We have never had a problem - they always respond within about half an hour of reporting a problem, even on weekends (if it's an emergency). We hear no noise from our neighbors. The office staff is great to work with - they know how to produce loyal tenants! The pool is well cared for and enjoyable, as are the grounds - beautifully landscaped, make great places to walk the dog. That's another plus: The pet policies are awesome! I love having my 80-lb dog welcomed everywhere we go.
