Overall, I found the apartments to be well kept and reasonably priced. However,I would not recommend this apartment complex on basis of safety. It is poorly lit, and I was assaulted by a person in the parking lot while walking to my apartment from the mail drop. I have also heard of several burglaries in the area. A colleague of mine who also lived here termed it "Hood of Walnut Creek." You could probably do better in your apartment search.

hmm.. i love it here! I had a light out near my building, i told the michael and it was fixed right away!

I have to agree, my husband's car was broken into and his stereo stolen while he lived there. There were some really creepy looking people hanging around the pond nearly every night. It really doesn't feel safe.
