Ridiculous excuse for an apartment complex From: mykclife Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Lived in this apartment for 1 year now. Was promised when I moved in that the huge gaping hole in the ceiling outside of my unit would be fixed. That was 1 year ago, now I have a 2 foot icicle hanging from there so at least it looks better now than it did with the insulation hanging out. The pool this past summer was a grave yard for bugs. I think it was maybe cleaned out 5 times all summer! I was embarrassed to invite over frineds. Now that it's cold the windows leak! The carpet looks like a twister mat with all the spots. As you can read there are better places to live - ANYWHERE! I would not suggest this place to anyone! Yes the rent is cheap, I should have realized you get what you pay for!! it is time the property owners speant some $$ and upgraded. the location is perfect, too bad the units & buildings are not!!!!!
