THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!!!

I hate to do this but i am very frustrated. I am a Vendor in the KC area, I will no longer do work for this management company for two reasons, 1.) They do NOT pay their bills. OK..OK maybe 90 days out. What happens to you residents if you do not pay on time''
2.) I don't want to be associated with a liability waiting to happen. I went in the other day and was not surprised at all to find tht the entire staff from both of their properties have gone on to work for better companies!! Good for you all! Maybe this management company can use this as a wake up call that they will not receive good residents, good vendors or staff that will stick around if you choose not to pay for services that you request. Kansas City is a close nit bunch of folks in the industry and the word is out.
