I moved in just over a year ago. The day that I moved in I had no carpet because the previous tenant had animals. I slept in my apartment with a newborn baby for 4 days before the carpet was installed. I had cochroaches in my apartment the first night I moved in. I took the bug to the leasing office and they said, " Don't worry, it's just a woodroach". The parking here is a complete disaster. The crime over here is also terriable. No security what so ever. The outside lights never work, The area is always trashy. I have a leaking sink that needed to be fixed. I told the leasing office about it so many times and they never came to fix it. Finally I had to tell them that I was going to call the FOX 4 Problem solvers if they didnt come fix it. Finally it got fixed. When I moved in I elected to use their washer and dryer for an extra forty bucks a month because i didnt have my own. Well 6 months into my lease I got my own washer and dryer and told them to come pick up theirs. So for 4 months they charged me an extra 40 dollors when I didnt even have the machines. I asked for them to refund my money and the told me "too bad". I have a certain maintance man that stands outside my apartment and stares into my home, that really creeps me out. My neighbors that live in the building next to me are registered sex offerenders that are on the National Sex Offerender Registry. As a mother of two this information is quite disturbing. The management is very unprofessional and very rude. They will not work with you what so ever. I have had racoons in my walls since the day I moved in and they refuse to come get them out. That is a very unsafe enviroment for anybody to live in and quite honestly that is breech of contract because it says in my lease that they are to maintain a safe enviroment for me to live in but yet refuse to come get the animals out of my walls. DO NOT EVER MOVE IN THIS PLACE!!!

I couldn't agree more with your analysis of the situation, and I am glad you are doing something about them. Not only is the office staff totally non-responsive (and you are right, there is a different manager every 6 months) but the corporate people are as bad, if not worse. They ignore you and the problem. I would suggest anybody that has problems with this place contact the Regional Manager who------------------- If she gets enough complaints, perhaps something will be done. She can be reached at: -----------------------------------. Flood her mailbox and perhaps we can get somewhere!
