Just not right

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I have lived here for almost 9 months and can not wait to move out! From the start the lying came from the apartment manager promising the current special price for a two bedroom. After we tell her we will take it, the rent went up because of the previous tennents dogs which tore this apartment up. I expressed that I did not think it was right for me to pay for the damage someone else did, so they lowered the price a little, but not to the specail price promised. Then the things the dog tore up did not get replaced, they just painted over the chew marks. They did not fill the holes on the doors. NEVER SIGN A LEASE UNTIL YOU LOOK AT THE APARTMENT is a lesson I learned. I should of stopped then and backed out. Ever since then it has been lie after lie and unkept promises. The office is run like a high school drama club. They do not keep these apartments up and the wood work looks terrible and is falling apart. Our laundry room has rotted sheet rock everywhere. These apartments are falling apart and they do nothing to update them. They show no signs of doing anything to make these apartments better, unless you work here then you get special service. For the 800 dollars they are charging, I could be in a brand new apartment with adults who know what they are doing. I went into the office to try and get some things taken care of and the lady at the desk was looking at a myspace page or facebook page while she was talking on the phone. It is unreal at the level of unprofessional conduct this office practices. DO NOT MOVE HERE 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
