I was a little apprehensive when I signed the lease to Madison at Walnut Creek looking at the ratings on this website. I checked out the place and everything looked legit. Its kind of an older apartment complex, but the stove and sink and everything in the kitchen was newly updated. I really enjoyed the staff. They were very fast at getting Maintance people to my apartment when the air conditioner needed work. Every time I asked for help with something they were quick to helping me resolve them. I really like the layout of my apartment and I never once heard any of my neighbors through the walls which was another plus! Um, all my neighbors were really nice and a good majority of people that live there work at the Kansas City hospital or were professionals so I felt really safe there. Its also really pretty and relaxing. I would have stayed there for a good while, but I wanted to live closer to Westport. I liked that I was 5 minutes from downtown. The freeway access is awesome and right where it s at you miss a lot of bottle neck traffic going to work. Oh and the pet rent was only $20 a month.
