I chose to live at Madison at Walnut Creek because of a recomendation from a friend. I was allowed to bring my dog, had a great fire place in the apartment, a washer and dryer I leased, and had easy access to I-35 for my job in the City of Kansas City. I enjoyed the walking trail and the forest-like setting of the community. The price was reasonable considering the amenties offered.
I did not realize there were such complaints about the place. Personally, any problems I experienced were caused by my neighbors and handled by the office staff. Overall, I was comfortable living there and tried to be a good resident and neighbor.
I have learned that not one of us can make all of our customers happy all of the time. I think we all tend to do our best.
Thank you Elizabeth and Alicia. You all did fine by me.

This post was obviously made by the staff of the complex. Read between the lines and it is apparent. It reads like a commercial.

I DO live here right now and do love it. I live in apartment 303. I'm going to keep my building number anonymous. Um, I was scared when I first read reviews of the place because I was new to the city and really like the idea of apartment raters and other sights like this. I know they did go under a new management and though I didn???t live her with the old management I have been very impressed with the staff I???ve dealt with for the time I???ve been here. They are really nice and kind of take time to know who their residences are. Um, I really like all my neighbors. A good majority of the people that live around me work at the local hospital or are business professionals to my knowledge. The price was nice right in my budget. I do like that the place is so close to downtown but not to close so I feel safe in my community. Its kind of nice beating the I29 and I35 bottle neck to work. When there???s no traffic it takes 5 minutes to get downtown and in the morning rush its about 15 minutes. I loved living here, but I wanted to find a house with a backyard for my dog other than that I would have stayed. I don???t know what else you need to prove that real people put real reviews on this site but this is my opinion and I have been very happy with Madison at Walnut Creek.
