I hate living at this place. Rent is extremely expensive for what kind of apartment you get. Everything is held together with colcking glue, there are terrible bugs, the deck looks ten hundred years old and almost too scary to step on to. The staff is friendly at first, then when you move in they become complete pains. There hasn't been a month go by that I have lived here that I haven't had some kind of note on my door, usually for something that they have not told me about. I have a car port thats barely big enough for two cars. The other parking spaces are extremely small. These apartments don't come with any expenses paid, but they are more than happy to take your money for any small mistake you may make. My rent was one day late and I paid an extra $100 on top of my $700 monthly rent already. Most apartments have rent due on the 5th, rent is considered late here on the 5th. Overall I hate this place and wouldn't suggest it to ANYONE!

I completly agree!! They are not considerate at all. They do not rush to take care of you, but they sure are in a hurry to collect that money. I moved out three months ago and am so glad!! My KCPL bill dropped by 65 percent when I moved out. We were spending almost 200 dollars a month because their AC units are extremly out dated. But the claim for the out of touch matience men, was I had the air set on 55. FALSE!!!!!! I had it set on 67 and the line continued to freeze up. No one knows what they are doing. They spend all their money on the grounds...cover up for the out of date crap they rent. And they wanted us to call this place home...

My thoughts are the same, they are slum-lords who own this place and they need to be put out of business...We are moving and breaking our lease, screw them and their ------ property
