Management is horrible. The staff is impolite, careless about tenants or their property, are condescending. Parking is a big problem. Cars park in fire lanes. No one cares. Crime in the area is out of control with armed robbies and home invasions per the Kansas City Star. Local store owners make fun of the place and will not deliver here.
