We had to re-locate from TN. I found this property on Rent.com, it seemed to be the perfect place to live. Upon arriving, we entered the Clubhouse, us thinking that the place was nice based on the clubhouse we thought that the apts were nice. We were not offered to see the unit prior to signing the lease. She kept saying that we could view it after we were finished. She put us in this nasty hole, wooded view means the forest, don't be fooled! Our apt had many things wrong. Rotted deck, water falls when it rains because there is not a proper drainage system on the deck, rotted wood around the doors, 25 year old AC units, 25 year old appliances, cob webs everywhere and the drywall and paint is terrible. The drywall is cracked all through the apt. The staff here is awful, they do not care about you, nor do they respond to maintenance calls. The staff is very rude and very unedcuated when it comes to property managment. It sounds like we live in a crime infested area, police sirens every 15 mins, very scary place. All of the amenities listed for the property are NOT WORKING, the 4 hot tubs that the speak of none of them work, the main hot tub is a tub full of water with no jets working, each individual pool and hot tub for each area, the one on our side has not been functiional for 3 years we found out..The main swimming pool is dirty and cloudy. This is a place that should be "low-income" housing. Too much money and the apts are old. If you are looking at this property, please go elsewhere. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, maybe with enough complaints they will be forced to paint and repair all their broken stuff.....
