When I was looking for apartments the model sold me but when I moved into mine I have had problems EVER SINCE! First realized the whole front wall of my apartment is COVERED in termite damage! Yes... meaning when I hung up blinds I could hear the wall crumbling. The windows leaked SO bad when it rained that after the THIRD time maintenance came and "fixed it" I gave up and made VERY thick curtains! Then I started getting "wood roaches" and ants. I was told by the office that the wood ROACHES were a okay thing since we lived by the lake! Then from the termite damage on the patio that ate through the wall and made a hole into where the carpet met the wall and took over a month to get maintenance in there to fix which I had to put foil in the hole for that long because of the breeze and overall it being nasty! And since I have lived here I have had black mold starting from the ceiling all the way to the floor and STILL have NOT had it fixed. I have called, been to the office, talked to the maintenance personally and still nothing!
DON'T MOVE HERE unless you like mold, roaches, ants, and all around horrible service!
