Parking: Attached garages for each individual unit make it really feel like a home & keeps cars safe plus extra storage. Entryways are individual too, also adding to the "homey" feel.
Safety/Maintenance: Double dead bolts & alarm system work wonderfully and makes us feel very safe and secure. Maintenance comes on the day we call (only had to call once). Courteous and helpful office staff. Workout facilities pretty nice. Walking/jogging track & recepticles for pets outside makes it clean and enjoyable outside.
Quality/Space: Crown molding & detailed fireplace in living room. Odd placement for tv but when used as a bookshelf & putting tv on a stand in another corner, it works out. Brand name appliances & fixtures (Moen) that work well. Not much drawer/cabinet space in kitchen but shelving on top of the cabinets and in the pantry is suiting me just fine. Nice/generous walk-in closets and large baths/showers to relax in.
Though it is correct that the heat makes it warm/hot in the bathrooms/bedrooms and cold in the living room the fireplace heater makes it quite comfortable in the living room.
Worth the money and right near all the new Northland restaurants, shopping and entertainment - but far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. I really love it here and plan to stay.
