Badly missed Employee From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004 1 response   I've lived in this community for over 2 years and have become spoiled by the comittment to excellent service I've come to expect by the maintenance department. I've called the office no more than 4 times asking for maintenance. Every time the Supervisor Wayne would have my problem solved within hours of my phone call. Talking with freinds I've made here all coulnd't believe how comitted he was to the residents. I didn't realize until just recently that he no longer worked here. When a person dedicates themself to a job as much as Wayne did you just expect it and even take it for granted. I don't know who runs the maintenance now but he'll never match up to Wayne and the work he put in while he was here. I even see a difference in the other two guys. They just don't seem to have the look they had working for Wayne. It was a look that said,"I like being here, I like this community and I really like my job working with Wayne." If he's out there somewhere working for another community, they'll never find a better man who cares that much.
