Mark IV Apartments

Cold in the winter and hot during the summer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Mark IV is a great starter place. Although the kitchen and bathroom blinds was never changed before we moved in, and our light fixture above the door never worked. after living there four and a half years the quality of the apartment seemed to be going down. In the summer the central air unit does not keep your house cool and you are receiving a $160.00(since it is not broke they will not upgrade) light bill for being hot. And in the winter it seems colder inside your house then it did outside because cold air is seeping in through the old windows. We had to put trash bags over the windows to try to prevent most of the cold air from coming in. I have two children and that is not healthy for them. Know i am moving on.
