Good location and array of amenities, such as gym, pool, and business office. Close walk to bars, restaurants, public transport, and easy access to highways. Security systems in place and attentive maintenance crew.

Good location. Attached parking garage. The apartments have a lot of closet space and up to date utilities. In unit washer and dryer. Also a smart apartment for light. Bonus they change your lightbulbs for you

Friendly neighbors and staff. I love and appreciate the business center and outdoor gathering spaces. Maintenance team is amazingly responsive and always greeting you with a smile and kind word whenever you see them. I am comfortable here and always feel safe.

One of the best parts about living at Market Station is the management is quick to respond and easy to get ahold of. They're super helpful and it's hard to find apartments with such great service that actually care about their residents.

Love living here! Really responsive office staff and maintenance staff. My unit is huge so I really feel like I'm getting what I pay for. Also love having a parking garage and doors that require fob entry. I feel very safe here!

What was once a great value and opportunity to live in a great neighborhood has become overpriced while value has been stripped. Less and less is provided and done for tenants yet rent increases significantly year after year.

Nice people, good amenities however due to the layout of the different buildings it gets confusing orienting yourself. It would be nice if they'd have some sort of floor map or even room number guides because it's just a lot of hallways with no signage.

The staff is very friendly. The amenities were all great. I got the impression it would be a fun, nice place to live. I liked that the property was in the river market area, but felt secluded away from traffic and quiet.

Nice location to City Market, downtown. Friendly staff and very responsive. Upgraded units are nice. Maintenance quick with resolving work orders. Reason I chose the place: covered parking, location, staff, and safer/quite compared to alternatives like downtown.

Great community. Maintenance is very responsive. Office staff provide great customer service. Management is really poor at communicating especially when there is a problem. They could invest in more maintenance staff, keeping the buildings cleaner and upgrading the apartments.
