This place is terrible. We have been here for a year.

Ant problems when its warm, leaks when it rains, and the sliding doors let winter breezes right through like they were open.

maintenance's response to the winter breeze was to put something in front of the door to block the breeze (after numerous calls).

Electricity in our apartment flickers if someone walks hard, our stove's electrical components have caught on fire from being frayed 2 times, and our dishwasher fell out onto my foot when I first tried to use it.

Our security door has been broken since about 1 month after we moved in, and people have come through in the middle of the night testing door knobs to see if they can get into apartments.

The icing on the cake was having our carbon monoxide detector go off, the maintenance man come out, look at our furnace, say there is nothing wrong and turn off our gas on a cold night. Since then our alarm has gone off 2 more times and all we can do is open our windows to the winter air to air the apartment out as the maintenance guy says that all he can do is turn our gas off if we report the alarm going off.
