Overall I quess its a nice, quiet place to live. Have only had minor issues like ants in the summer and freezing cold bathrooms in the winter. Ideal for kids. Everybody seems to get along just fine. Oh yeah KEEP ALL RENT RECEIPTS.......Payments sorta vanish around here.
