First of all, there are no quiet apartments here. There are never enough places to park. They are old (built in the 70s) and really run down. You can hear neighbors walk in the apartment above you and I knew when they were in the bathroom because I could hear the water through the pipes. The apartments must have little or no insulation because you can hear and smell anything that neighbors or those in the hallway are doing. The doors on the building that I lived in had a lock but you never needed a key. You could just pull them open. I never felt safe at all. One thing that really bothered me was that the maintenance would knock once and let themselves in when you called for a repair. No privacy here!! There was never any hot water the entire time that we lived there and the staff really didn't care unless several people complained several times. They are like most places and just want your money on time. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to live in a noisy apartment with no hot water and no privacy!
