Montreux on the Plaza

Great Place to Live From: aearly Date posted: 8/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   We have lived at Montreux for seven months now and have been very happy with it. Any time we have a maintenance issue it is taken care of with in the day. They are putting new appliances in all the unit as needed and are doing a lot of exterior maintenance to spruce up the place. The property manager is very in tune with your needs and in always willing to help. I love the fact that you get to pick the colors you want the unit painted. It makes it feel more like a home. The units are a little small but you get use to it. What they lack in size they make up for in details. The closets and built in shelving units are a great touch. The kitchens are a little out dated but like I said before they are updating all of the appliances.
