I live about a bolck from this property and I also have a daughter whom is almost 3 years old. That said I will tell something I am almost sure that no one else will. This property sits in an area that is surrounded by nicer, better kept apartments, so it can be deciving, but...THIS COMPLEX RENTS TO ABOUT 5 -7 DIFFERENT MEN THAT ARE ALL REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS. Not to say that everyone does not deserve somewhere comfortablt to live, but If this will help you make a more informed choice..by all means...
