If you need a very reasonabel priced apartment, Normandy is for you. I found the neighbors, manager and quaintness of the property very desirable. I lived there for 3 years and then bought a house with all the rent money I saved. If you are looking for a new property with all the amenties and hundreds more a month than look in the burbs.
