I have lived in the Normandy building for almost 2 years. As stated in a previous posting, they have had 4-5 different "property managers" in here since that time - although I have no idea what they could possibly be "managing". Since I have moved in, they place has almost become a halfway house for violent and shady characters. There is almost always someone doing drugs here, or having some kind of violent domestic dispute. A guy who lives below me repeatedly comes home at 3am on Monday mornings and distroys his appartment in a violent rage. The "management" has replaced his front door, but he still lives here. I am currently also fighting the return of my security deposit - which I will probably have to go to court for - it has now been over 5 months! -------s!! Oh, and I recently discovered that there are about 8 convicted sex offenders living there now - some for child soldomy, some for rape charges!! I guess background checks are no longer required, now that there are a lot of vacant units here. Gotta support the property owner's house in Mission Hills somehow. Del Properties is a slumlord! RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!!
