No, No, No, Quality on Quality Hill. If you want disgusting roach infested apartments, hallways that smell of alcohol and body odor, no maintenance, no management, outrageous bills to fix a building in ruin (pinned on you the tenant), hear your neighors from all sides(I'm talking they could be in the same room), your windows pounding the frames on a windy days because the aren't secured properly, no parking ever then choose Del Properties. This is the last place to live.

If you stuff an elephant down your kitchen drain, it will be sure to clog making you responsible for getting it out.

ok, i never lived here but i have a friend that been there for years and she never had a roach or noise problem. i think it depends how neat you are. if your a slob your bound to have bugs.
