I lived in this complex over a year and seen positive improvements made by management. The manager is strict and supportive of providing a safe place to live. Anyone causing problems is addressed and a resolution is developed. Anytime that I called on maintenance they have responsed within 24hrs- the longest I have ever waited was less than 48 hrs and that was when we had almost a foot of snow in 10 days. I have seen the maintenance staff out working on every weekend sometimes both days in inclument weather. They have come and changed my furnace filter for me, added bigger more secure screws in my front door lock. Even though at the time I didnt like it they gave me a notice when I piled numerous trash bags in front of my door. I have been happy with my apt and encourage you to join the community with me.

Great location This complex is in a great location as there is places to eat right across the street. Also there is a driving range across the street from the clubhouse if you like golf. I have toured this complex twice and will be filling out an application to live there within the next week. This is one the best apartment communities in the Northland. Although the leasing agent who showed me around the second time did seem kinda dizty. But that will not stop me from filling out my application and hopefully getting an apartment here. This complex will move you for free which is big plus if you moved before you know it is a pain having to move box after box. And heavy things hurt your back. Then on top of that then you have to return the moving van. So I would recommed this complex and hope you will consider it for your future home.

I completely disagree. This review must have been posted my management or someone involved with the apartments. This place is NOT safe. I have had a breakins. There have been drug busts. There was a raid one night where many, many people were arrested. The quality of residents is very low and the manager is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

things have drastically taken a severe turn for the worse since 2004- a man was stabbed in the parking lot during broad daylight, drug deals happen on the playgrounds, teenagers have sex on the stairwells, ...want to know more? DO NOT LIVE HERE!
