I am a current resident here at North Oak Crossing and it has went nowhere but downhill with this new property manager they brought in. She is rude, she will not say hi to you, and when you ask to talk to her about your apartment she says she does not have the time. She going to raise the rent. I will be moving out at the end of my lease because of her. You are wasting your time if you are wanting to live here. Forget about the office following up on maintenance requests because I have requested my blinds be fixed six months ago and they still have not been fixed.
