I know that I have heard it all and seen it all while living here in the...let's call it like it is....THE GHETTO! It is affordable living 'dollar wise' but, you pay the price in dealing with the low-grade people the property management allows to live here. The property is littered with trash, kids run around unsupervised at all hours of the night, vandalism occurs daily, the tenants(my neighbor)seems to think everyone wants to listen to their ghetto music all night(and gets away with it), the management staff is very unprofessional with their records/contracts. I would not recommend living in this type of environment to ANYONE. The only people that say they are happy living here are those who are living here for free off their government voucher or they do not know any better!

I agree completely. It's full of nothing but ghetto it's ridiculous. oh and management are a bunch of ripp off

I am so glad I'm the the only one who feels this place is a crock of you know what !!! Can't even sit on my balcony in peace ! Vehicle has been vandalized numourus times. So much for keeping out the riff raff ! GHETTO !!!!!!
