This place is terrible. We almost had to file a defamation of character lawsuit with this company because the management was telling tenants that I (my husband and I ) along with others were dealing drugs in the apartments (which is a huge lie im a Stay at Home Mom with 2 kids and my husband works full time 40 hours a week).. The noise was terrible..constant thumping of cars and we had a ground level apartment and the upstairs tenants were up all hours of the night thumping their music. The unit was nice when we first moved in but then they decided to just start letting everyone move in. They also did NOT tell us that it was Section 8 housing when we moved there which was against the law. The upstairs neighbors also had a flood in there apartment when there washer connection came undone and there was water leaking from my ceiling (living in a ground floor apartment it really was scary because you could literally push the ceiling up and it would move)..When we called emergency maintence they told us to put a bucket underneath it and they would come look at it tommorrow!! My roof could have caved in...When they did check it they said let it dry out..which we did but it left a crack in the ceiling and it was bent out (THEY DID NOTHING) and Never fixed the problem!! It was the worst experience and I would suggest you put your money elsewhere!! We actually ended up just breaking our lease with them and leaving ..which they let us do because they knew if they dident that there was going to be trouble!! The staff is nice at first but then they stab you in the back and do NOTHING to help their tenants...It really is pathetic!!
