When we first moved in, that manager was TERRIBLE!! It seems though that the office staff has their stuff together. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The new maintenance guy is doing good. The nly frustrating thing would be that you have to pay for some repairs to be completed. I would also say that there are TONS of kids and their parents dont watch them as well as they should, not to say that they are getting into trouble, just being noisy, using inappropriate language, definitely stuff that is out of managements control. In all I would say that this is a good property and they are doing what they can to keep and make it a safe community.
