It was nice staying at this complex. Parking is pretty good, have parking on each side of the road so there's always somewhere available.

They have someone spray for bugs every three months, which is great, and we haven't had any problems ever anyway!
Maintenance are very helpful, the building is pretty old and I believe previous maintenance did shoddy jobs in bathrooms etc... recently we had a problem w/ our bathroom wall and they came and started to fix it the next day, we really appreciate that.

We also had a psycho neighbour at one point but she's gone... we work nights and she used to knock on our door and tell us we made too much noise at night... even though we weren't there AHEM...

It's an ok place to live if you're looking for something affordable and close to the city, it's got a great location. It's just an old building and you'll probably have a few issues when you live there but nothing too bad. They have a little pool for the kids... not really big enough for adults and the kids are there all the time playing, so it gives them something to do!

Our experience here has been pretty good and we're impressed with the maintenance guys, landscaping guys and people in the office always very helpful and pleasant. Only problem I have is the fact we were told we'd get a new carpet when we were looking at the apartment we'd actually be moving into... and now the carpet is getting to the point where it REALLY needs to be replaced, so much wear and it comes up in the corners. So we've taken pictures and hopefully we wont have to pay for it since it was a state when we moved in and they will probably be replacing it anyway.

We have better jobs now and are able to afford to live somewhere a little more pricey and also more spacious so we'll be leaving when our lease is up. But overall a good experience.

Would recommend for those of a low income or those moving out from home for their first time!

My lease expires in about 2 months... so if I do experience anything negative I'll be sure to report back here (hopefully i wont have to!) Good luck in finding your new home!
