During my tour of a model, I was told that the neighborhood was very quiet and there were very few children. I made it clear that I needed a quiet place as I work nights. She totally lied. There are kids running around in the streets at all hours of the night with little to no supervision. There are several drug dealers staying here and people are constantly blasting their stereos and fighting in the parking lots. My neighbors below me refuse to turn down their music despite repeated requests and the ones next to me refuse even after I called the cops.
Basically, if you are a young kid looking for a good place to party, this is it. It was my first apartment on my own and I thought it was a steal for $415/ mo. Now I know why. I am only 4 months into my lease and will be moving out in two.
