At first these apartments seem great. The price is good and during the day the neighborhood looks good. Then night hits.. loud music til 3 am, random people and children outside running and screaming, and lets don't forget the shooting here last year. There's NO patrol by any security like they tell you (and post that they come by). If you go tell the people in the office, all they say is "call the police." That has done NOTHING. If you live here past a year you really start to see how this place is really run. Apartment has a good coating on it, then when the coating starts coming off (like the water in the window sills eating away the wood and molding over or the horrid sounds the floors make) you can't help but want to smack yourself for moving in here. The manager is full of it and she's also a not so nice word. She'll be nice to you until you report a problem thats not tiny. Don't expect to get anything fixed thats major. Complain too much and they recommend you find another apartment if you're not happy. If you have ANY sense, you won't move in here. This place is as ghetto as it can be in this part of the city.
