Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Even though my building faces the highway the noise is minimal. Location has been great, lots of parking. Only time you can hear your neighbors is if they are walking through the halls to or from their own apartment. 1 bedroom is a good size for the price (400 ) havent needed maintenence for over a year.
