manager is a sexual predator From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I was informed that the manager was a sex offender and verified this by visiting the sex offender registry on the Missouri State Highway Patrol website. The manager's name is Kevin Paul Prier if you want to look the info up to verify for yourself. The manager was convicted of raping/sexually assaulting a 13-year old boy in 1998. There are two other sex offenders living in the building. Some concrete fell out of the side of the foundation and they replaced it with styrofoam and spray painted it the color of the concrete. The maintenance doesn't exist. I had several requests for maintenance and they haven't come once. When I moved in, the carpets had not been cleaned. It is livable, but I know that maintenance will never be done.
