This place is HORRIBLE. Yes, when we first moved in we loved it...infact, we love the apartment now, but we have no choice but to move. Our neighbors' cars have been vandilized, several people from the building have been injured as a result of the "improvements," the staff won't communicate with anyone...and when we let them know...or express a concern the staff does not care. DON'T MOVE HERE...YOU WILL REGRET IT!! The new management has forces fees on all the old residents and have added bills and extra rent charges that are unbelievable!! They are NOT pet friendly and ask the residents to spy and snitch on each other for a $25 reward...Whoopdy freekin do! We are not happy AT ALL with the new management and they are chasing all the old residents out (it was a quiet safe community) and bringing in young loud partiers that leave remnants of thier party all over the parking lot. Also, the noise is incredible! The neighbors are up to all hours of the night with parties. DON'T MOVE HERE unless you don't mind paying for poor service and noisy tattle tales.

If you are keeping a pet in your house, you should have to pay for it, just like the rest of us. I had to pay when I moved in 2002 for my dog - why shouldn't everyone else? Thats not fair. In my place i don't have any issues with loud parties or noise - but once in a while i can hear neighbors, afterall - this isn't a house - its apartments. Me & my neighbors like the workers here - maybe if you talked to them more than once, you would get to know them to, and realize they are just doing thier jobs, and trying to make this place better. One of them is my neighbor, do you think they would want to live in a crappy place? I think all of them actually live here. I always see the tiny spanish lady picking up trash, as much as cig. butts almost all day. Only people they are chasing out are people who don't like rules. If you have a problem with someone you should tell them, because I told them about a lady next to me having parties and people coming and going all the timel, and fighting and she got kicked out. Good luck to you if you do have to move.
