Not bad; I've lived in worse From: dchesher94 Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   This place is good enough. It was better in 2003 when we moved in and went downhill for about 2.5 years, and is now being improved by the new management. I don't know what everyone is talking about with new fees or whatever; our rent was going to go up an astonishing $10 this year from last year. I chose not to renew our lease simply because my wife and I bought a house that we move into this month. There have been some minor repair issues that haven't been taken care of in the place, but I have never asked the new management to do it. These minor things are a drawer in the kitchen that won't stay on its track and a screen door with the same problem. Other than that, this place is fine. It's not luxorious, it's not a dump.
