Pretty good place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   A good value for the area, a little distance from everything, but the grounds are well kept, the apartments are in good shape, etc. Maintenance was very good with the previous management, haven't had to call in the present. Parking might be an issue if you have a lot of visitors, but for regular tenants you are never parking in Timbuktu. A lot of general complex maintenance has been taking place recently with the new mgt. Overall a great choice compared with the complexes in the area.
