Management has been out of the office off and on for weeks. You never know who is going to be there when you have a concern. It appears that if you do have a concern, and someone is available in the office, that person isn't authorized to do anything about it. Do not rent from this place, unless you like hearing your neighbors peeing, having sex, washing clothes/dishes. It is almost like my neighbors live with me because I can hear everything. Also, if you don't like children playing outside your windows I would recommend finding another place. It is a low-budget, bad service, and poorly managed property that will take your money and ignore any concerns you will have.
