The apartments are nice, but ever since they were bought out by another management company, office service has gone downhill. They are rarely answer the phone and never seem to want to do anything. One employee actually asked me to come back the next day because she "didn't want to deal with this." I couldn't believe it. Their maintenance staff is fairly responsive, but never expect the office staff to return a call.
They also nickel and dime you as much as they can. Watch your monthly bill here. They like to charge all sorts of fees and double charge you for various things (water, trash, account activation fees, etc).
Water and trash bills... just something I find funny. They sent out a notice telling everyone that there would not be a big rent hike when they bought the apartments. There was a small one as expected, but they also added on water and trash bills which we never paid before. No big rent hike. You just have to pay for other things. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
