I lived here for about a year and a half for my job. My only complaint was I lived above smokers, which caused the apartment to smell like smoke too often. I went through a lot of Febreeze air fresheners. Other than that, the rent was reasonable I went month to month after a year and still got the same discount as I did with my lease. No problems with plumbing. The air conditioner had to be charged once, and maintenance came out on a Sunday and took care of it. The office staff was nice. Regular extermination kept the place bug free. Missed having an onsite laundry facility, but they have hook-ups in the apartment. The children in the complex weren't loud, and always inside by dark. Always had a parking spot in front of my building. No noisy neighbors. Utilities added to rent were never more than twenty bucks.

Sounds like the people in the office wrote this review. They addressed every negative issuse that was written in the reviews, seems like to cover their butts. But I'm not a tenant, so I might be wrong.
