I have lived here for about six months now. I have pro's and cons about living here. I have had a few maintenance request that I had to call about a few too many times. It seems fairly quiet. A decent value for the what I pay except for the water and trash. I have never had to pay trash at an apartment or water. In a house you pay a water bill every other month. I have paid water every month I have been here and I pay more then my friends who live in a 4 bedroom house with 3 adults and 5 kids.
