When we first moved in it was a nice apartment, no real issues. The water and trash bill seemed kinda high but that was the only big complaint. Then summer came and all the neighborhood kids from other apartments came and over ran the pool, and management did nothing to stop it. Then the trashy neighbors started moving in, we got roaches, we complained for weeks and not much was accomplished. Finally we got the bug problem fixed, but not until we got a new office manager. This place goes thru them like water, we have had at least 3 this year alone. The fitness room is a joke, and the maint. people have no clue how to fix ANYTHING!! They put my screen door back on upside down!! My boyfriend had to come fix it. I would not recommend living here, unless you like knowing what your neighbors are doing 24/7, because you can hear all!
