I was excited to live in a community with a nice pool. However, Pinehurst's pool was totally over run and not enjoyable for an adult. I think out of the whole Summer I only had the chance to swim a few days because there wasnt even a free chair available or there weren't a hundred screaming, splashing, unaccompanied kids. The first time I was at the pool a huge group of drunken, toothless people asked who lived there and out of the 20 people that were there I was the only one to vouch I lived there so they said "Well if anyone asks, we are with you!"

Hence, The apartment complex that neighbors Pinehurst has no pool.

The office gave out "pool passes" and anyone that went to the pool was suppose to have one. Management never came out to check "pool passes" or to check that any of the kids there had a parent or older gaurdian with them, as 95/100 % of them did not.

I think that its unfair that the people that do pay rent to live in this complex cant even go to the pool and enjoy themselves because of other people over crowding the pool that dont even live there.

I went to the pool several times this summer and although lots of people were there, there were always enough seating available. But I do agree with the complaint of people coming to the pool who don't live there. That is a real downer.
