I was very excited to be living so close to the Plaza, but I should have researched my apartments more. When I first lived there it was great and everything was fine. I will say that during the winter you cannot control you heat so it would get really hot in my room. So hot that I would want to open my windows but I couldn't because they were too hard to close. Once they were open and I called the place 4 TIMES and then finally someone came to close it.
Parking sucks so much. If you want to get a spot you pretty much have to before 7PM or it will be difficult and/or you will have to walk far. The garage that they offer is creepy. I would never be in there after 10PM. In the elevator there is NO security camera and you can't use the stairwells because they are locked.
I also felt that if I went to one person in management they would tell me one thing and if I went to someone else they would tell me something completely different. They are NOT on the same page at all. This makes it very difficult to work with them.
I would never recomment this place to anyone!
